This car wash is great! I've been to a lot of them but I honestly had such a good experience at 5 star. The staff is super friendly. The car wash is honestly a really fun experience and the free vacuum and tire pressure is really nice. My girlfriend and I went through after a trip to the mountains and my car looked great and she really liked going through it! Not to mention I just love the look of the building with the lights outside. 5/5 10/10 would 100% recommend. My girlfriend said she was going to bring her car through soon as well!
Joined 5 STAR as soon as they opened. Helpful, friendly staff. One of the managers ALWAYS had a smile on her face! Such a pleasure to frequent when she was working. (haven't seen her in a while) Very happy with the services and the staff. They hustle and are on point.
I paid for the mid range car wash today, 3/31. My car is not clean. I expect much better when I pay so much for a car wash. I have called the office and left a message, and am hopeful that I will hear back and something can be done.
Staff is friendly and courteous. The prices are reasonable for a car wash. You will have to vacuum the car out yourself but no issues there.
The offer a great selection of different levels of washes and the area where you can vacuum your car out is awesome. I love the compressed air too get the extra water out of the cracks.
