Johns Plumbing, Heating & Air Conditioning

We have used John’s for several years and they are always exceptional. Last week they replaced our water heater after hours (these always happen this way!). This time they were over the top working until the early morning to get everything just right.nEXCELLENT! They get our highest recommendation.

We used them on a weekend and paid the additional monies for emergency service. We messaged them on Saturday and they showed up at about 7:15pm on Sunday. They told me it was an electrical problem and asked for $149, which I paid, and told me they have one electrician and he did not have anything in the morning and he would have him come out. After hearing nothing by noon I messaged them through the website and spoke to Danielle and explained everything you have read above and explained that I did not feel like I have gotten emergency service for their emergency fee. She said she would try to get the electrician to call me. By this time I was starting to see a pattern so I made a couple of phone calls and had a different electrician on the way, which he took 30 minutes to fix my problem. I did eventually get a phone call from their electrician at about 2:30 telling me he would be a bit longer. I did inform him that I was good and he did not need to come. I will say that all of the people that I spoke to at Johns were nice, but I feel they need to look at their idea of emergency service and what it should mean to them and their customers. I paid $149 for a key chain, ink pen and a magnet clip for my refrigerator along with two guys telling me I was right that there was no power on my hot water heater. I will cherish the pen and clip... the key chain isn't good quality.

Not sure why Google has TWO Johns Plumbing listed for same company, so I'll leave a review here, also. Wonderful job fixing my plumbing. Highly recommend A++++++

Every experience I've had this with this company has been a pleasant experience! Today's tech Sean was super knowledgeable and most importantly very honest. He explained my options, let me know the best route to go & put my mind @ ease. There's never been a situation where I felt that I was trying to get sold something unnecessarily. The goal with Dr Johns is to make sure the work is done efficiently, safely all protocols are met the customers happy! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

I called them on a week day (2/10/21) because me heater wasn’t working and I couldn’t find the issue myself. I called them and they came out after hours so I paid the extra amount which was fine. They found the issue was the main board for the blower . They ordered the main board and it came 3 business days later (5 days in total) when they came out again (2/15/21) they realized they ordered the wrong board. So another board was ordered. I was told it should have been here earlier this week (estimated 2/22/21) and I should have had a tech out. I called the office yesterday (Thursday 2/25/21) and was told the notes in the system wasn’t clear/up to date so the gentleman at the office would have to call the tech and reach back out. It is now almost the end of day 2/26/21 and I still have not gotten a call about if the part is in or when they are coming back out.nnWe have went through 2 winter storms through this and I have not had any heat in my house other then the living room where I have had to pay quite a bit to keep a fire going and have a small space heater when I take into the bedroom at night.nnThis is very unprofessional and this is coming from someone who works as a service tech in another field of business.
