Sat Apr 3, 2021~ A girlfriend of mine and I decided to do a little daycation. But before we hit the road we decided to eat lunch first. I had introduced her to the artichoke sandwich at the Penn Station and so happened we were passing their restaurant on Hwy 68. There was limited distance seating available so we ate there. It was very clean in the staff was friendly however the cashier messed up out order by switching them up. My girlfriend didn't realize it even after she bit into the sandwich. It wasn't till I opened mine and saw I had the wrong bread. The switch up is the reason I'm giving four stars instead of five.
Great food. Good service. Fries sucked once. But usually they are great.
5-star plus rating on taste - excellant, quality - excellant, and speed on fixing my order - above average Customer service was outstanding. I wish they had some of these sub shops in the Winston - Salem area.
My husband and I have been coming to this location for years. The staff is always so kind and the food is always delicious!! We’ve never had anything short of a great experience here!
