Went to the New Garden location yesterday. 10.00, not a bad price for a really good wash AND high power vacuum- and the vacuums always in great working order ( not like gas station vacuums that don't work half the time! Facility also has free access to clean your mats.

the car i drove has been sitting for at least 10 years and just wanted a good interior cleaning . i paid for the interior detailing and was a poor job . dirt were in very visible areas , i even still had spider webs in the corners of my windows . i will never recommend anyone to come here for an interior cleaning .

Personally I have not used tidalwave,I do not live near any of their locations.BUT I give it five stars because I gave a tidal wave membership to my dad for a Christmas gift in 2019. He loves this place goes weekly if not more :) Now every Xmas he wants a renewal membership as a gift... so the TW tradition continues. He says it’s convenient, a nice place to bring your car ,they do a great job, very efficient and nice customer service.My dad is all about a clean car!nJust a suggestion but if you have someone in your life that has everything YET you need a cool gift try a membership at Tidal wave.The recipient will love this place.The transactions are easy and the gift will be much appreciated.

I have been a member since Tidal Wave came to the Triad area. I’ve always had good customer service but a few weeks ago, Nick was so nice and willing to help when the blower blew my back light cover off. He quickly did a claim, ordered the part and replaced it when it came in. He was very courteous and professional. I will definitely continue to be a member and will recommend them to my friends.

They charge you an extra $20 to vacuume your car, although at every other full service carwash, that's included & it used to be included at this place. It may have been before they changed to Tidal Wave? I had revacuume some areas once they finished. They use dirty, used cloths to wipe down the windows & car. My windows looked so smeared that I had to reclean them when I got home.
