Steve and one of his lead men, came out to my fathers home when he accidentally dropped his wedding band down the drain. Steve and his guy were both true professionals and were very patient with my father as he explained what happened. They were very thorough checking the drain for his ring.nnI would highly recommend Forsyth Rooter Service for their knowledge, skill and quality of service.
Rick came out to our home due to a suspected sewer line link. He helped us to determine that there was no leak and saved us money! Really thankful and appreciative of this company. Will definitely use them again should we need to.
I own a local plumbing company and needed my septic tank pumped at my own home as this is not a service I offer. When I inspected the work I was thoroughly impressed! They were extremely responsive and scheduled quickly and did an excellent job. Will continue to recommend them to all of my customers who need septic tanks and grease traps pumped.

Don’t hire this company but if you do RUN from Rick! I found Rick to be unapproachable, unprofessional, and lacks empathy! Having to spend another night in a house with backup sewer coming into the house because “we run a small company, you’re going to have to wait until tomorrow” if he had fixed it properly the first time none of this would be happening! The receptionist is very sweet and professional, but Rick is an entirely different story!
