I went through drive thru. Ordered a regular roast beef meal with crincle cut fries. My fries were cold and old. Took the fries inside and asked for fresh fries. This order of fries had half fresh and the other half was old just like the ones I brought back.
The store had just opened but the service was fast and good.
The service is great! But, there's NO dine in service at this time. Inconvenience, for people who don't drive and would like to enjoy the great meals and deals this franchise has to offer. I miss being able to walk up the block and order from the menu. Hopeful the dining room will open soon.
Visited 4 days in a row ordering the same thing with minor alterations (also the same each day) and the meals were consistent and of good quality without missing anything, though one time my extra cheese sauce was in a cup instead of on the sandwich but that wasn't an issue it was still very hot and easily poured on when I got home.
Ask for hot barbecue, got Buffalo, and a manager who was duty disputed if I knew the difference
