food is decent at best is my opinion. If you are buying by the slice it is kind of expensive. If you buy the whole pie the price is almost equivalent to just the 2 slice deal with a drink that they offer. At least when you buy the while pie the food is fresh out of the oven. I am a pizza lover, so me leaving a 3 star on a pizza restaurant really is saying a lot. The customer service is really good and the people working are nice. You better have good teeth to eat here because the crust is pretty hard!!!

The quality of food has gone down with the new management or what ever has happened in the past year. The pizza used to be good, now it's almost like it's not fully cooked

Good pizza, but service was awesome. Super-busy when I visited, but they kept things moving!

We stopped by for salad and pizza. Only one employee was out front baking pizzas while 3 or 4 employees were in the kitchen.nWe stood around waiting to be waited on and finaly the floor employee had to ask other employees to help serve us. I ordered an entree salad with pizza. I was told that they were out of all salads.nYou would think with several employees available in the kitchen, someone could fix salad!nWe went next door and ate! Sbarro will not be getting any money for my family until someone can manage their employees and get them trained on proper procedures for serving all items on the menu.nChristmas rush is here but it was very slow Tuesday evening around 7:00pm. Customers are going to be very disappointed in the service at the mall food court during the holidays.
