Emma was very nice to my girlfriend and I. The sandwiches were amazing and he'd customer service was outstanding. She even went out of her way to offer to warm our cookies up.
Just went in at 9:05PM to order. They had already shut down the toaster and taken up the vegetables off the counter. The sign on the door says they close at 10PM. I asked if they were closing, and they said yes. And I said the sign on the door says 10PM, to which they replied they were closing for the night but not closed yet. I just turned around and left.
My service was slow. Then, she (heavy -set, short female) put her gloved hand on the wall (as she talked to someone in the back)and did not change gloves. She continued to make the sandwich while talking to someone in the back. Then, she went to the back to get American cheese (that’s usually out front). I can only imagine what happened in the back and what was on that wall. I won’t be going back!!!
Always good food at Subway
Never order curbside, absolutely disgusting. They don’t do the order the way it’s suppose to be.nTomato’s were green, and not toasted as ordered to be.
