I was missing a biscuit from my supreme's combo and also order 2 bo-berry biscuits in which 1 was also missing
3 of us were in the car. I once stopped in when I was in Raleigh, NC. Chicken, Biscuits, not my cup of tea, normally. I was pleasantly surprised by the Salad I ordered with my friends in their car! This was in Erie, PA. It was yummy in my tummy!
This place should just close. I'm looking forward to DairyO's opening next to them. They never have any chicken prepared and the wait for the drive threw is always at least twenty minutes on a good day. What happened to good management? It sad because I've always loved this place.
Drive through moved quickly. Courteous. Good food and quantity. Gave me a medium tea when I ordered a large. Didn’t realize until gone and too late.
Line in drive thru was around the building, people were rude and said nothing to me, just order when your ready and my total. It wouldn't be so bad if they would open the dining room for to go. I don't get it. Rude and slow apparently is bojangles business model. I could understand the wait if they had a better attitude. Is it possible they hate their job enough to run the customers away? No customers, no job.
