STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!!!! This dry cleaner had my clothes (9 pieces) for 3 days. 7 of the items were brand new that I just bought and only 1 shirt and 1 pair of pants needed to be cleaned and pressed. 3 days later some of my items were not done and they misplaced most of my garments! They had other people's clothes mixed in with mine and I am missing one of my new shirts! They asked for more time to press my other new shirts because even though they are open on Saturday they did not want to press anything until Monday! I told them to give my items back and I will never go there again! Please stay away from this unorganized dysfunctional business! I would give it a negative 5 if the rating system allowed me to do so!!
I will never go there again. They were very slow, rude and very overpriced.
Yesterday I arrived at 7:40am, no one was there and the door was open but it looked like someone forgot to lock it from the night before. All lights were off and stayed for 10 minutes to see if anyone was in the back but no one showed up.nnToday I arrived at 7:30am when the store opens and no one was there and store was closed. Waited about 10 minutes and still no one was there.nnIf you open at 7:30 then employees should be there earlier so you open on time. I'll have to take my business elsewhere....
