Went to car was Monday and it has been 2 days I have tried calling number on a sign that was displayed on entrance of car wash because I paid and it never started. When you call VM is full and no one bothered to call back. So I’m out $12
Used this facility twice as my window rain-guards are a bit loose & I don’t want to lose them in an automated bristles wash. I generally prefer hand washing over automated car washes with bristles. Touch-less carwashes are only good if you have a pollen or do a biweekly wash. This one is fine for what it is, no complaints each time I’ve gone using my credit card.
I paid $9 for a wash, but it only washed part of the car. It never reached the center of the windshield for the regular wash, and the last stage only covered half of the car. Definitely a waste of time and money.
Displays are hard to read. Need to be repaired
Used credit card to pay. Did not give receipt. Car wash did not even start. Circled the building no number to call could be found anywhere. Very dissatisfied. Going to have to call my credit card company just to figure this out...
