I called Freedle to do my plumbing at my new Ice cream shop in uptown Lexington. From the initial call through estimation and installation, everyone I talked to from Kyle and his team they are courteous and professional. Quick response. Great techs that knew what they were doing. Guys who took pride in their work.will definitely use them again! Now we can all eat icecream!!nnProfessional, timely, courteous and paperless!nnThank you Freedle plumbing!

This company is amazing! Would give 10 stars if I could, they are so awesome. Responded on the weekend, less than 12 hours from when I left a message, and had a tech out within 2 hours to find and help correct our issue. Amazing customer service !

We used these guys for replacement of a very old gas hot water heater. Seth was awesome to work with and I see why their reviews are so good. My parents recommended these guys after using them a few times previously and their pricing was less than another plumber we got quotes from. Pleased and will use again. I believe it is Jennifer who I spoke with and she was very friendly each time. Called me back from being closed the day before right at the start of business which was helpful too.

We had a laundry list of tasks and Seth just walked in, assessed the jobs,and then took care of them all in 1 hour flat. He was very friendly and helpful. He took the time to talk to us and to teach us as he went. Second time we have used this company and 100% would recommend. They give quick, personalized work.

Jessica was very prompt and friendly every time I spoke with her. I explained my problem to her and she sent out her most experienced plumber along with the owner to assess the huge problem I had and give me a FREE quote. I did not find another company that would give me a free quote, each company wanted to charge $75 and up for coming out. I knew this company was not going to overcharge me. They are honest and upfront about cost and explain everything thoroughly. I really thank Matt, Kyle, Rigo & the other 2 guys for fixing the problem but also for simultaneously being professional and friendly. They have truly earned my trust & if I have any problems I will definitely be using this company again! I will definitely be recommending this company to anyone that needs plumbing resolved. My 2 year problem was resolved in 2 hours —thanks to them! I CANT SAY THANK YOU ENOUGH!!!
