Doesn't matter what time of day you visit, there food is always over cooked. I wish they would do better. Sorry ud83dude1e
First time eating at a Bo Jangles. Ordered the 20 piece tail gate, with sides, 10 biscuits and sauces. Received only dark meat, no biscuits and no sauces. Although the staff was friendly, there was too much goofing off to get my order right. I hope next time I go, they will make it right. Food was okay, not the best chicken I've had.
This is the only fast food restaurant in Denton. If you go early in the morning the Bo-rounds taste like they were warmed up from last night (stale) the biscuits are crunchy not soft and fluffy. If you go later in the day the food taste better if they can get your order right.
I always have to ask for fresh ff and fresh tenders and I always ask for extra sauce and never get it.
Chicken so small I rarely stop but in doing so I told girl if chicken was cooked hard I didn't want it as last time it was small and hard, again I couldn't chew it the crust was so hard.
