Showed up after hours and a very nice soldier gave me the information I needed after the other soldier at the desk turned me away. She was very kind and helpful.

The staff is friendly and helpful. Great place to stay if you are apprehended for DUI. If you must file a police report and complaint about your loud neighbor, stop here. Also very capable of first responder tasks. Five star.

No one wants to take a report from me even though I stay on post! Least helpful department ever. Once I finally got the report accepted, I come back 30 days later and the entire case file is gone! Everyone has the dumbest look on their face and can't explain what happened. I was however advised to start the entire process all over again.

No idea why anyone would even give this place a bad review? Makes no sense. The people are professional and very helpful. They are very quick to help and get things processed, they even helped me step by step to properly register my firearms and directed me to the right places to learn the laws inside the base.

I called to see where I could get fingerprints, and the lady answered the phone, was very polite, and told me the hours and exactly what to do when I got there. I arrived 15 minutes before close time, and I only waited 2 minutes until I was called back. It was a very smooth process!
