I was charged for a guacamole on one of my subs and they did not put it on. My second sub was supposed to be toasted and it wasn’t. I definitely would not recommend curbside service or delivery by DoorDash from this location! On top of that when I called the girl told me there was nothing she could do. Even though they charge me for something I didn’t get. She was extremely rude but did offer to add guacamole if I brought it back in the following day LMAO.

I am a loyal customer .. I come to your store at least 3 times a week. But I will never step foot in there again. There is a heavy set white woman with glasses that really should be trained again. I was in line and saw her handle food with NO gloves. I also stood in line for 8 minutes while she fraternized with an army gentleman. And to top it off she told another employee to kiss her a$$.. Is this who you hire to represent your establishment... Very sad.

The workers have an attitude problem. I was picking up a door dash. I showed the girl the names on my phone when she asked them because I had multiple orders, rather than using common sense and reading them and listening to the words I was saying, she decided to get rude and ask rudely the names, same as her coworker decided to jump in with an attitude. I say, I am showing her right here because I have more than one order. The girl grabs the orders and has an attitude. Meanwhile the third coworker is laughing. Felt very upset. People have no clue what others are going through, and just the smallest thing of somebody being too lazy to read and wants to act tough will ruin a moment. Not to mention one lady had a hole in her glove, not wearing hair nets and restaurant was not very put together.

Absolute worst experience at a subway I have ever had. Waited over 35 minutes in the drive through line, only 3-4 cars there. The person in front of me waited over 18 minutes and all they asked was for him to hold. He left with no order, after 18 MINUTES. When I pulled up they then asked me to hold. All I was getting was an app order that was scheduled to be ready over 30 minutes before I reached the order area. I then went inside to get my order. When I got in there they had my sandwich which was now cold ready but I had to ask for the rest of my items that were plainly in the receipt and gave me a sarcastic attitude from the time I walked in the store like it was my fault they didn’t have my written order correct or ready. This store should be paying its customers to eat there. I WILL NEVER GO BACK AGAIN NOR ENCOURAGE ANYONE ELSE TOO. I will be making a complaint to the headquarters above them for the employees attitudes and service.

I try not to go to this subway. Husband went to get us some subs, his was okay. Mine was not. I asked for it toasted got the bread stone cold. Then I wanted the chipotle sauce and they smothered it in Sriracha. Now my husband had to go back to the store. I tried calling but no one answered the phone. If you can go on fort Bragg or literally anywhere else, do so!
