Any Other Time Waffle Is Good and On Point With Customer Service But Today12/28/20 at 9:30 am I walked In No Greeting!!!Sat Down While The Lady Was Taking An Order Thinking She Was Gonna Answer Me Next,Nope!! It's 5 Employees Working And It Takes 15 Minutes For Them To Take An Order I Was About To Walk Out When They Guy Finally Came Over..Usually The Other Ladies Who I see Wasn't Working Seem Like More New People With Sorry Customer Service Except For The Young Man
My daughter and I had the best experience at this location!nOur waitress Lisa, was outstanding and extremely friendly!nThe entire staff here is very nice and welcoming.nOur food came out in great timing and was so good!nI highly recommend this location.nnThank you Lisa for an awesome experience!

Music was very loud. Service was a little slow. Coffee was decent. Food was good.nCost was low.
First off i tried to call and place a take out order and no one answered the phone. So I show up, place my order, pay for my order, wait 10-15 minutes for my food to get cooked, and when I'm handed my food I'm told there's no syrup and there's no butter. Literally all I ordered was waffles. Now isn't that something you should tell your customer before they place their order, that you don't have any syrup or butter for the take out plates. Honestly i would have said ok no thank you have a great day. But now im have 2 waffle with no toppings that im probably going to throw away because who wants to eat dry waffles. What a waste of money. Given you 2 stars cause at least the waffles were hot and fresh.
