I work for a company that delivers world class guest service and I always appreciate being on the receiving end. Today I was extremely impressed with Benjamin Franklin plumbing. My hot water heater stopped working and being new to the area it was not possible to contact the plumber that I had come to depend on over the years. After making calls, going down the list, and finding that most were booking one or two weeks out or didn't answer my call I reached Benjamin Franklin plumbing. A wonderful lady answered my call, took my information and said that she would call me back in a few minutes after she spoke with one of the technicians. She called back and told me that someone would be at my residence before lunch. I received a text and an email with Buck Floyd's picture and his arrival time. Buck arrived and checked out my problem; it was necessary for him to return to base to get the proper water heater. He returned in a timely manner, installed the water heater, explained exactly what he had done and cleared away the old one. He waited to be sure that my water was heating before he left. Based on my experience today I highly recommend this company. I definitely will call them when I need a plumber.

Buck was our Master Plumber! Unbelievable!! Buck's service was A+! He was on time, worked non-stop, explained issues at a level that helped me understand which was greatly appreciated! The receptionist was very friendly and never failed to give me updates on when Buck would be arriving - a great service! I would recommend Benjamin Franklin Plumbing for anybody who wants a quick response from a company that offers a friendly, high quality product from knowledgeable profesionals. Thank you!

They were on time and acted in a very professional manner. The repair took longer than expected but we never heard any negative comments. The space is tight but again no negative comments were heard. The men were prompt and provided quality services.

We are very please with the service. Cody our technician knows what he is doing and did a great job replacing our sump pump. If anyone was to asked me to recommend a plumbing service in my area, I would recommend Benjamin Franklin and tell them to ask for CODY.

The appointment was made and he arrived as promised. He was very courteous and helpful. He took the time to get it right the first time and was knowledgeable about what he was doing. The first water heater was damaged and looked like it occurred at the manufacturing plant because the box had no dents. He returned to the business and brought us another water heater. Although this took time away from other things he was probably supposed to do he never acted like it was a bother. We so appreciated his professional attitude and courteous manner.
