Used business to install roof vent fan and again to install a handicap toilet for my mother, both times I got excellent service and fair prices. However the last time I called 3/23/21 I got told somebody may be out that day and maybe not, so set and wait. The next day I called them back and was told the same thing, somebody may be out that day and maybe not. So set and wait another day. Could not make a appointment and the person I talked to each time seemed not to care. I am sorry that this excellent company has gone to where I won't use them anymore.

I called to have my toilet unclogged and the young man came and sad the he would have to come back because someone took one of his told off his truck but he never came back. Will not use them again

Joe Phipps came out this afternoon and did a great job replacing a unit for the water valves for the washing machine. He was professional and personable and the bill was reasonable. Cleaned everything up when he finished
