If I could do zero stars I would. In the new master bath, he couldn't measure properly for cutting the holes in the sheetrock for the piping to properly match the sink. In the bathroom remodel, he didn't attach my sink tops to their base cabinets. On the bathroom remodel, plumber caulked seams on surround but didn't clean surface first. I had to remove caulk, clean it and re-caulk. Also, the tub is not leveled properly and the surround is an inch higher on one side. In the past years, the tub has cracked on the bottom 2 times costing me $150 in repairs. Now the tub has cracked 4 more times! I am replacing it at an additional cost of around $1700 matls and labor. Most professionals that have been in here to assess the cracking theorize that he never put supports under the tub. If I find out that is the case, I will see him in Small Claims court.
They wouldn't even call me back! Typical for all of these low-flying plumbing companies in this area. I was injured and have one arm in a sling so I can't do the work myself in the time frame it needs to be done in. The least they could have done is return my call and tell me they are too busy to look at my job.
