The red head at the register was very rude as well as the young male manager 12/13/2020 12:35pm will not shop here any more. Too easy

Standing in line at an empty customer service desk, which seems very fitting because customer service is for sure not here. Every team member either walks by or says they will get someone but after 15 mins still no help. I ordered online to make it easy but it is taking longer than if I waited in a line. Seems like customer service has called out for this company and judging from what I've seen customer service no longer works here!

NOT Covid safe. Avoid in-store shopping. Sign outside has the notice that masks are required but management makes no other effort to ensure shopper safety. Most customers walking around without masks and not social distancing. Even the employees wear masks like chin guards.

My local venue, staff is pretty friendly, best selection of farming supplies anywhere.

Had a great experience with Jessica helping me on a request on a Mr Heater and the Supervisor/Manager as well! Great service and hope Jessica Gets a promotion! She was very helpful with my last minute questions when it was time to close, she was very nice!
