Great wash, Excellent vacuums, great folks... just wish they were more consistent with their hours...especially when you pay $50 a month. This doesn’t seem to be an issue at the other locations in this region.....
I liked it,machine moved a little slower then Patton Ave which allows for better cleaning,but could have used a little more rinse water.
Zipcar wash is awesome sign up with your email and you get a free car wash put your birthday on there and you get a free car wash for your birthday and let me tell you the suds that comes out of it to wash your car is in different colors it is so sweet take your kids go to zip
Employees are fine, but of the Zips in the area, this is the dirtiest. There are bottles and trash on the grate below your car that have honestly been there a month. Seriously. It doesn't appear they've blown out the debris from under the cars or on the side of the tunnel since sometime this summer. That can't possibly help with the recycled water they use to wash your vehicle. If I was the owner I'd come out unannounced and drive through with sunglasses and a hat so I wouldn't be recognized and just look at the conditions inside the bay/tunnel. Whooeee. Filthy. Nasty. Filthy.
