I am very upset with the customer service at this cleaners. I dropped off an overcoat to be cleaned 2 weeks ago. Upon drop off (12/28/2020) the lady said that I could pick it up on Saturday 1/2/2021. The ticket she gave me also said that I could pick it up then. I went to pick it up that day and it had not returned from where she sent it off to. She said it should be back Wednesday. I went back up there on Wednesday and she said it was still not back from the place and that it would now be ready Friday 1/8/2021. I finally got a call on Saturday 1/9/2021 that my coat was ready. We went to go pick it up and she refused to take any money off the final price because she said that it was out of her control and that I should have called to make sure it was back. Wow. Unbelievable. As someone who just moved here, I was looking for a reliable cleaners and I now know that I will never be going back to this cleaners or recommend it to anyone.
Pants had 3 different iron creases in them... and had white hair all over it.
Ruined my comforter, then said it was because it was cheap fabric. This was the main piece of an expensive set.
