Broken car wash use only self washes. Took my money. Soaped my car and the arm would not move to rinse. Soap all over car. They had no sign saying out of order. Another person there said it happened to him also.

Just spend hours in my driveway washing and detailing my Toyota Avalon Aug 1, 2019 Went to the car was to vacuum out the interior, just as I started to begin vacuuming a big riding lawnmower came through the parking lot blowing dirt all over my clean car and proceeded to cut the grass in the field where the vacuum was located and continued to blown grass and dirt all over the exterior and interior of my vehicle. It was still damp and the dirt really stuck. When he finished his short mowing job I told him that I had just washed it and I guess I just wasted my time. He remarks where that he guessed that I did. I assume that he was the car wash owner. I feel like he could at least given me a free wash to compensate for ruining my wash job. Not only did he not offer he was very rude and curt. By the way I put $1.75 in the vacuum and it only lasted long enough to vacuum the passenger side of the car. I went home and spent an additional hour recleaning and drying down the vehicle. What ever happen to customers service? Even though I live close by I will not return! It a shame I'm all about supporting local!
Did a good job except it started the undercarriage wash too soon, have to be quick!
