We went to Subway at noon today. Walked right up and placed our order. A very competent and efficient staff member handled our order. We were in and out in about 5 minutes. Service like this seems more the exception than the norm these days, so I felt compelled to share.

The open sign was turned off and the employees both stayed in the back so it was impossible to see that they were open. Good food, but disappointing service.

Always out of certain kind of bread or meats. Some employee's are not customer service friendly! The Subway in the West Jefferson Walmart is the best!!

None of the employees were wearing masks. Also, gloves were not changed between running the cash register and making subs. Only one new employee running the whole joint meanwhile his coworker took over a 30 minute break while several customers came and left because it was so slow. Subway needs to do better.
