Brought in an $800 bag to see if they could fix. They said they could and it was so awful, could’ve done better myself. They didn’t even use the right color of thread, used navy instead of black, like how hard is it to get black threadud83eudd26ud83cudffd♂ufe0fNow the bag is worse than it was and will have to drive all the way to Charlotte to get it professionally done right. Would not recommend trying to get bag or shoes fixed there!
Two days before my daughter's wedding, the cleaner scheduled to steam her dress backed out. Mountaineer Cleaners saved the special day and steamed it the morning of the wedding. She was a gorgeous bride. Thank you!!!
