If you like antique medical equipment this place is for you! It also has a really beautiful ceiling as soon as you walk in the front door and it's the original ceiling! Also if you like old building's all four places are for you and the guy who gives the tours knows all the information about all the building's and the people who built them.
It's a nice museum with lots of local history of people and artifacts that deal with medicine and doctoral type things. Must schedule visits, but is open to the public. The historical society works odd hours which is typically mid-morning to noon. So email is the best place to reach them if you wish to inquire visiting the Ashe-Covington Medical Museum.
