Course I don't like the compliance demonstrated regarding the donning of masks, staff demonstrated superb American values in superb Southern Mississippi hospitality. Textbook leadership or customer service. Four Star. Upon my return in the near future I shall update to a five star should I see a similar experience. My behavior was not of the best and the staff addressed said behavior with impeccable hospitality.

Always one of my favorite places to visit. Great clean rooms. Covid precautions were being followed. All staff and customers are required to wear masks and pass temperatures check requirements. Felt very safe as cleaning was being done all over casino. Masks were strictly being enforced on the gaming floor. Games were only operating where social distancing can be followed, every other game out of order. On a Friday and Saturday night still enough games to choose from without all games operating. Love this place.

The past couple times we've been here at Pearl River Resort silver star casino. We have got the same room with ants in the bed. We had to change rooms everytime. It's been two weeks and still ants in the bed. And there is some ants in the picture above the head of the bed.

Service is just not like it used to be. This casino was much better years ago. Since Covid-19 and the reopening they did not have a good selection of games to play since every other game has been disabled. I would not recommend going at this time. They also claim you can't were certain mask which makes no sense when your mask is better than the disposable one they are trying to provide.

Masks were required and some people had temp taken not all. Overall was pleased but to be honest..there needs to be a better way to handle the smokers...drinks/alcoholic beverages served so mask removed for eating/drinking but no smoking allowed.. Must leave machine/tables and go outside. Unacceptable...there are 2 casinos make one smoking and one non smoking...yes I know pandemic...but mask removed for eating/drinking ...what's difference??
