No other casino on earth, comes close to their customer service. Everything about the Beau Rivage is 5 stars. They do everything right and really take care of their players. It's a beautiful resort with every thing you need. The views are gorgeous and the food is incredible. Best casino/ resort on the gulf coast hands down. And if you're a poker player, you will be blown away by how great you'll be treated and how well taken care of you are. Henry Garrison and his staff run a top notch room. I was disappointed in the casino. You couldn’t win anything from this place. I’m use to winning four or five hundred and having a good time. The slots just eat your money and don’t give you a chance to enjoy playing. The rooms were nice but they don’t have refrigerators or microwaves. Lots of older people. Seems like they bus these people in nightly and rake them over the coals for their cash. Pretty good set up they have. Also the arcade was closed the whole time we were here.
Was here using my comps/rewards with the Sun Country flight and stay. Everything went pretty smoothly from the beginning to the end. It's geared towards a more older crowd, me and my spouse being 30 were the youngest on board the flight. The casino/hotel is nice and food was really good. Our room did have some outdated/worn furniture but the bed was really nice and comfortable. We did gamble daily and our last day won just over 2,000 so that was a nice reward. 4 stars due to the furniture.
Very comfortable room and beautiful layout of the entire property. The Terrace Cafe has great food for a reasonable price and its very popular as there is always a wait to get in. I've been in most of the shops and each has interesting and unique items. I was unable to get into the dress shop, the sales staff were lounging in the door blocking it so I just kept going. Haven't checked out the spa yet, that is next on my list of things to do!
They are really pushing people to come back to the casino. They gave us a free hotel stay and $60 food credit. Brought mom for her birthday. We ordered food for 3 people but there was only 2 of us. We were able to take it to go. We actually won $190 which we have never won here in the past but they did give us $150 free play. We stopped playing while we were ahead. Always really nice displays here.
