This company is excellent. I've used them twice now and have been impressed with their knowledge, professionalism and work quality. You can trust them to do the job and not scam you. My first time using them was through my insurance company but I was so impressed that I called them for another plumbing job on my own. Use them, you will not be disappointed.

I called Brad PANICKED because we had just found a busted pipe (spicket) that was gushing water and we had no way to turn it off ourselves. In the snow and ice, he got here in 5 minutes, turned the water off and had us fixed and the water turned back on to the house before the water even boiled for me to make him a cup of hot chocolate to take with him. I’ll use this service ANYTIME I need plumbing services.

I wanted so bad to have a positive experience with this company and they even came highly recommended from an associate. Things started out great with Brad coming to my house to give me a quote to replace my bathtub with a clogged drain, seemed very professional, the quote was reasonable and accurate. Then came the installers. They left ruts in my grass by not staying in my driveway, they cut out part of my bathroom wall and toilet water inlet pipe because the tub apparently wouldn't fit for the installers even though Brad and I took measurements of tub and walls before they showed up and he assured me this would be a quick in and out install, and they changed the size of my toilet water inlet connector when they soldered the toilet water pipe back on without bothering to leave me a different sized hose. So when the tub was installed the mortar that was supposed to be poured under the tub to support it wasn't poured thick enough to support it and I had to go back behind them to cut little wood blocks to prop up the tub by squeezing through the access panel of the tub and had to cutout an access panel door in the sheetrock of my guest bedroom to gain access to the far side of the tub. I also had to get a new water inlet hose so I could use my guest bathroom toilet again, and had to learn how to install and float drywall since they failed to mention they'd be cutting out part of my bathroom wall to install the tub. Overall terrible experience with the caveat being that I never received a bill. I can't complain about cost since it was $0 but they cost me 3 weekends of my time to fix their wall removal, I had to properly support the tub underneath it plus sheetrock repair materials and a $7 water hose for my toilet since they replaced the line with a different size. Avoid Avoid. I tried calling back multiple times to ask for details on what happened, to get answers, anything and kept getting the same line from the receptionist that someone would call me back as soon as they could. That was 1.5 years ago now.
