I have been to this place a couple of times. It is rare to see the same stylist twice, although there was one there for a while, that would do an acceptable job. But for the $15 for a man's hair cut, you really shouldn't expect much.nnToday, I used the app to sign in, so I wouldn't have to stand and wait so long. Although I would have been able to get there in 15 minutes, the first available was 45 minutes. I select a stylist and a time then I wasted 30 minutes, so I could arrive at the correct time.nnI arrived three minutes early, walked in and waited at the register. A woman walked in behind me and was immediately greeted and taken back for service. After another minute or two, someone came up, asked my name and read that I had used third app to sign up for a 2:30 appointment. She turned around to see that the stylists I selected was the one who chose to help the woman who came in after me.nnSo, I turned around to leave, as I really did not want to wait (as I said, I already wasted 30 minutes waiting). One of the other stylists said if I would wants another 5 or 10 minutes, that she would cut my hair.nnI thought about it... Had just wasted all this time for this person... What if we someone else walked away in, that they knew and I would have to wait again.nnI know that the app does not guarantee a time, but when you are there, and the person is available, it seems like they should help you rather than someone that comes in behind you.nnSo I am not sure of the purpose of the app and will go to a place that is more respectful of a customer's time.

You can get in same day but service is awful. I ask to trim 1/2 inch off and first cut was at least 3 inches and I have short hair so now my hair is shorter than most men . I even said just a little trim I have bad cowlick . Can’t even get the smallest curling iron a round it . It’s awful.

Stopped in with friends and got the best hair style ever! Molly did such an amazing job. All I had to do is show her a picture of what I wanted and she did exactly what I asked. She even gave me tips on how to keep the style after I leave. I suck at duplicating the salon styles and when I told her this she took extra time with me and walked me through what she did! Definitely making this my go to place when in Louisville!!!

I felt safe getting my hair cut. Lara always takes the time to do a great job!
