I’ve avoided this store for the past couple yrs due to employees looking at customers as an inconvenience and nuisance. However, today was a completely different experience. Employees were joyful and kind and it was such a pleasant experience. They helped me pick the foundation I was looking for and there was no attitude or annoyance. It was a breath of fresh air in today’s Tumultuous season. INVEST in good employees ulta and in return customers will invest back. For example, I only planned to get one product from Estée Lauder and came out w five more products. Keep up the good work ladies, It was noticed and appreciated!
Laura is a great stylist. She did my hair the way I wanted it done. Some Hair Stylist try to push their ideas of how they think you should look. This Stylist listened, and did as I asked. Thank you!
I was not at the Ulta in Paducah, KY. I was in Louisville, KY. I couldn't get the warmth from this particular place at the time I was there. It is still one of my favorite places for my personal items. Paducah's Ulta is my favorite stores.
