This car wash destroyed the paint on my brand new 2021 ram. DONT WASH HERE or any of the goshine locations. As soon as I mentioned my vehicle was damaged the lady manager came out ready to fight telling me it was impossible my vehicle was damaged while looking at the scratches. She tried every way to deny there was any damage but my entire brand new truck is destroyed with millions of scratches. Then tried to claim she couldn't see the scratches after trying to tell me it was my fault for bringing a dirty vehicle to the car wash. My whole truck is going to need repainted. They were obviously well trained on denying damage because they all repeated the same rehearsed speech like they were reading a script.
I TRULY LOVED THEIR SET-UP AND THEIR FRIENDLY ATTITUDE, A MUST VISIT....
I got the membership and it's so convenient how it recognizes your plate
