It was great working with the Trusted Team. They were very helpful throughout the entire buying process. They responded to all of our questions quickly and professionally, scheduled visits promptly, and helped us create a competitive offer in a competitive market. They never pressured us even after we decided to postpone buying for several months. Excellence. That word describes this team! As an out-of-town seller I had a lot of additional obstacles to overcome. Nichole Cloward and her team guided me every step of the way, providing excellent advice, giving quality recommendations for service providers and went above and beyond my expectations. Within 2 days of my home being listed I had over 20 scheduled showings and within 36 hours they presented three strong offers. My closing was handled in less than 45 days flawlessly without their help. No buyer or seller could have better professional representation than this team!

My husband and I have been SO nervous about selling our home to build a new home. We knew it was going to be a pain to get things ready and deal with showings and paperwork & such. But these 2 amazing ladies have made this process go very smoothly. They had someone come in and take photos of our home to put up on the listing they created. The photographer was very sweet and made me feel comfortable about having her in my home. Nicole and Melissa have answered all the questions I’ve had and done so in a timely manner. My home was listed and we started having showings the next day. Within just a few days we had 4 offers!! They explained everything very well before we made a decision about which offer to accept and have kept in close contact with my husband & I the whole time. They really have made it so much more painless than I thought it would be. So glad I found these ladies!!

These ladies were fantastic to work with. They were thorough and knowledgeable. They were always quick to respond to questions and kept us informed of any changes that occurred. As first time home sellers, I would highly recommend using this company.
