I don't know if people are rating a different La Quinta in the area and confusing it with this one but this hotel was perfect. We were very concerned about some reviews when we read them but we decided to just give it a shot. Best decision ever! The staff were super friendly to us. We had the room with the Jacuzzi which was perfect and super clean. The entire hotel was clean with no issues. We more than enjoyed our stay. The gentleman that checked us in was super nice and kind. I wish I took his name to give him credit. Great guy with exceptional customer service. So y'all don't depend on the review just check it out yourselves.

Room was not clean. Sticky syrup from soda on bathroom counter and floor. Makes me wonder if they even bothered to put clean sheets on the bed. Definitely not what I expected or worth what I paid.

First of all, they’re probably the only hotel in Jackson Mississippi without bedbugs. The hotel staff is very kind friendly nice. The owner was very nice to us and has been so helpful and kind to my family and me. We were displaced during hurricane Laura and they have come to our rescue.nThe rooms are clean, it smells good, the air conditioner works, all the lights work there’s a table for doing office work in a nice office chair. The TV works there’s a refrigerator and microwave. The bathroom is big it is safe and secure. There are video cameras in they work. It’s a nice little parking lot it’s safe and convenient to a local gas station and places to eat. I recommend it highly! The rooms are also decorated with pictures from Jackson Mississippi which gives you a sense of being local. It’s conveniently located and close to cracker barrel, waffle house & several car dealerships.

The guy at the desk tried..... no key would work in 4th floor... 20 minutes waiting. Then moved to 3rd floor. Fridge broken or unplugged. One broken luggage cart... that's all, they only have one cart. 3 ice machines broken. No hair dryer. But the best was the opened condom wrapper stuck to the side of the only garbage can in room.

This place was absolutely disgusting. 1. If the hotel is going to allow pets then they need to actually clean the rooms after. Our room smelled like urine and there were little cat paws all over the Ac, windowsill and some furniture. 2. The floors were gross and the vacuuming attempt was poor. 3. Lighting fixtures either didn’t work or flickered like something out of a horror movie. 4. Air return vents were caked in dust and grime and the AC smelled like it’s filter hadn’t been changed in awhile either. The only reason I’m giving a two star instead of one is because the few staff that I did end up interacting with were friendly.
