I like the hotel and have stayed there on several occasions due to business engagements. The gym and pool areas are great. Hotel is a older but has modern amenities. Staff has always been super friendly and knowledgeable.nThe location is close to mall and your main shopping areas. Quick access to inter-state as well.
The room was comfortable and cozy. The staff were efficient, friendly. And genuinely helpful. We had a double queen with plenty of room for our equipment. The bed was just right and the pillows were too. There was excellent pressure in the shower, and plenty of hot water. The hotel is convenient to restaurants as the ones in the hotel are not open. We ate dinner in the one in the parking lot and it was excellent.
I give this property five stars because of the customer service. I visit often from Florida for family and business and Billy is usually on duty when I am checking in. Billy is super polite and exceeds my expectations. There is a female front desk employee who is also amazing, unfortunately I did not record her name. I lost my wallet and she was super concerned and that made me feel great. My wallet was found about two months later and the property called me! The location is very convenient and I do appreciate the measures for safety during Covid. The elevators are a bit slow, but I can manage.
A very exquisite clean safe warm welcoming place to lodge. I totally felt safe here during my stay with my family ESPECIALLY during a time when the world in a pandemic. Thank you for making my stay most welcome & comfortableud83dudc96
Great stay. Thomas at the buffet was excellent. Went out the way to cook my wife extra pancakes and personally delivered to our table. Excellent service and excellent buffet/value during these Covid times
