If I could pick 3-1/2 stars, I would. I use several of the wash stations around town. I have the unlimited wash, billed monthly. I use it at least 3 times per month. My comments concerns are:n1- they need to put the pre wash stations back out for your wheels and rims. They took them up because of covid. They say it is a “touch point” , but you have to touch the vacuum hose???n2-The wash system is not consistent. If you have a membership and you go often, you will notice the system always has a glitch of some sort. Like- Only the left or right side gets soap, not enough rinse water, wax pours out on one side or barley comes out at all.n3-They have a nice APP where you can link your account and turn monthly billing on/off, but it is a slow roll out and does not seem to work in our local market at this time.nnOver all a good service, but has some things that make you question the value sometimes. The staff will typically work with a single wash payer for a second run or a future wash.
Did not clean the bottom of the passenger side went through the line twice. Great customer service by the young lady in charge.
They're always cleaning and pressure washing the parking lot, emptying the garbage cans, assisting vacuum hoses that are stopped up.... Great MisterCarWash!!! Probably the best one I know of that's in the Tri-County Area.....
Customer service is good and organized. And facility is clean with vacuums operational
The wash wasn't that great and my car got damaged but they did take care of it
