If you can avoid this company do it! Trying to pay your bill is the worst! The online bill pay never works. Over the phone bill pay is time consuming. Forget about getting a hold of a real person when there's an issue. Dealing with constant power outages. I've only had this account for 3 month and I've already experienced 4 outages. One lasting nearly a full-day. Seriously just awful!

This has been the most ridiculous experience I've had in trying to pay a bill. There is absolutely no customer service at this company. It seems they are afraid someone else is going to try to pay your bill. They are going to ensure that this does not happen, even if they have to prevent you from making the payment. There automated system sucks.

These guys worked their tails off after the storms. Restored power when they said they would. Hard work and did what they said they would do.

Customer service sucks. These people haven't a clue when it comes to common knowledge.

We lived in apartment in Clinton, MS. Our electric ran $100 a month. Our lease was up in July but we moved May 1st. We did pay the remaining two months rent. We also had to pay utilities. For May and June our Entergy bill jumped to $489 for two months with the apartment empty and the A/C set on 78. We called Entergy, lady was really rude. Said maybe someone tapped into or electric, maybe workers were working in the apartment using how powered equipment. The apartment personnel said no that didn’t happen. The supervisor said if not paid the will report to credit bureau. Our credit score is 823. Go ahead Entergy whatever you want. Very rude and unintelligent supervisor. I have heard this has happened to other customers also.
