I had to call Roto Rooter after 8 pm because my sewer was backing up into my rental property. They were polite with addressing my needs. I received a callback from one of their tech-Chelsey-and he was able to fix the problem. He kept me updated with the problem and and advised me that it will be fix soon. Thanks to Chelsey. 'My tenants are happy and so am I. The price is very reasonable too.
Another instance of great service. Ron was able to come out all the way to Rolling Meadows to replace a toilet on a Sunday! Showed up on time and even waited for me as I was running late. He ordered the toilet and installed it within 20 minutes it was all done . I would highly recommend this company to anyone who needs fast honest and reliable service.
My experience with Roto Rooter was fantastic and affordable. The service guy that came out, Chauncey, was very knowledgeable and was able to instantly diagnose my plumbing issues. He thoroughly explained the issue and how he was going to fix/reverse it. It took about 30-40 minutes for him to complete the job and he informed on how to properly maintenance the issue in the future.
The men who did the job were courteous and professional. They arrived when expected and finished the job promptly
Great service from kenneth out of Laurel/Hattiesburg branch!!! Serviced my mom's house took about 1 1/2hrs he came, figured out problem, cleared clogged drain..no issues since..there was a $85 travel fee because my mom lived further out... worth every penny!!!!
