These guys don’t mess around. They got in, fixed the issue and got out. If you are looking to for a plumbing company I highly recommend them.
I called to get someone to come out and find a water leak for me. They said they would be by on a Thursday didn't show. Said they would come Friday again no show. Tuesday after labor day finally someone showed. Could not fix it they said and would send the boss out to check it, guess what...never has showed up. Ricky Mullins came and said no problem we will fix it without breaking up the concrete.
Had some plumbing problems so called Precision. I have used them in the past and was very satisfied with the results. This time the first visit did not fix the problem. Scott called me the following morning to check of my service call. He came by and saw the problem and said they would make it right. Kyle came out and installed a new kitchen faucet and tightened all my connections and left my kitchen spotless. Very happy with the results!!
Had this company come to clean furnace,and since they were here 2 months earlier they said it didn’t need cleaned,was here about 10-15 mins and charged me 110$ and never did any work,this is highway robbery and I do not think I should have been charged ,just letting people know they will charge you if there’s no work to be done
