I had a Halloween dress that needed to be hemmed by 3 inches. I dropped off on Monday and was told it would be ready Friday by 4pm (Halloween was on Saturday). At 5pm on Friday, the costume was not at the cleaners. The guy called and had it delivered but when I called to see what was going on because they were closing in 20 minutes, I was told that the alterations person brought the dress up to the store but that it was the wrong one. The guy said he would go to the alterations person's house and get the dress and deliver it to me. Within the hour, he was at my house with the dress! He apologized over and over.nnAlterations Pros: alterations were perfect!nAlterations Cons: Pricey ($22 for a 3 inch hem), didn't have item ready for pickup and then dropped off the wrong itemnnWhile I am not super impressed with the alterations department, I am really impressed by the customer service of the gentleman that took time out of his Friday night to make things right. I don't know too many other businesses that would do that nowadays. Greatly appreciated.

I dropped my laundry off one morning when my dryer broke and they had my clothes ready that afternoon. Everything was clean and ready the way I was expecting.nnThey provided excellent value for the money spent. I was in a pinch with my dryer broken and they were a life saver.nnI have also used them for my dry cleaning and they did a great job with that too.

They did a good job cleaning my clothes, however be aware that they staple the dry cleaning tag to your clothes. The tag stained the bottom of my shirt where the tag was double stapled. :(
