Been taking clothes to this cleaners for years.The.They are very good.
DO NOT TAKE YOUR NICE ITEMS HERE!! They will add stains to your items and supposedly do them over and they come out even worse and still expect you to pay for a “BAD” job well done.. They don’t even try to take accountability for their mishaps. I strongly do not recommend using their services! I hardly ever give anyone a bad review, even if the service is mediocre, I just normally wouldn’t review it at all but Martin’s Cleaners have been in business too long to not have at least an average level of professionalism. They should know how to simply get it right.......
Representative was very professional, very courteous. I received a nice southern welcome, with conversation and a laugh. I have never had a bad experience with any of these Ladies. Love this place!!
Dropped off a leather jacket my cat peed on (anybody want a cat?) And they were totally awesome. It stunk bad enough I was ashamed to even bring it in the store. I'm not sure what mixture of plutonium and fairy dust they think will get it clean but their customer service is 5star+
