This pool and pool bar were awesome ! Casino good, not too many options for tables but just enough. We got the balcony room with a nice view but the room was not the cleanest. The bar and grill was surprisingly good! I forget the name. Overall good but room could have been cleaner for sure. Excellent staff, Charlotte our black jack dealer was our favorite
Because they let people with money win. People with little money they end up with no money.
Had a slight medical issue and the staff was so caring and helpful...
I did not stay here but came to the casino to check it out. I wish I had! The rooms I saw after the fact were gorgeous. Very Vegas. I actually managed to find a spot at the bar on a video poker which had not been done in other casinos. I really liked this one and will probably stay here next time we are in Biloxi.
First time visiting Golden Nugget in Biloxi and will be the last. We spent the afternoon at the pool, the server walked past us several times, never spoke to us or asked if we wanted any drinks. Then once we realized how far the garage elevators were from the hotel, we asked the man at the entrance, if there were any closer. Instead of answering our question, he kept asking us if we were checked in and had a hotel room number yet. We just wanted to know if maybe we weren't seeing a closer elevator. To end the one night stay, I went down to Starbucks for a coffee, the girl stated she needed my I.D. to purchase a coffee with my debit card. I pulled my phone out and told her I have the LA Wallet (which is a LEGAL form of identification for Louisiana). She absolutely refused to even look at it and told me it wasn't accepted. Overall, very unprofessional at all levels of service here. We are frequent visitors of the Golden Nugget in Lake Charles Louisiana. Definitely not comparable.
