Great customer service, clean rooms, clean hotel, comfortable beds. Would definitely stay again.
Solid hotel, nothing over the top. Traveling during covid is already tough, and the normal rules apply here with masks and social distancing. Checking in, the staff was great. Over the week I was there the staff seemed to be complacent and uninterested in the customers walking by. The complimentary breakfast is reduced to microwave Jimmy Dean sandwiches, hard boiled eggs, yogurt, and fruit juice cups... there is room for improvement.
Was a very nice clean room, the 723 front desk agent on the 17th was so helpful, but the person working 3 to 11 the female was very rude. Someone needs to talk to her about the Hilton experience.
We arrived around 9pm after driving most of the day. We were tired! Front desk was very prompt with our check-in and very courteous.nRoom was very spacious, king size bed was heavenly! Bathroom was spotless and plenty of hot water! I have never had a bad experience with Hampton Inn. Highly recommend this one!
