I feel obligated to the employees to report this review. On Jan 30 2021 approximately around 1am. I was standing at the security post beside the cage cashier (dispatcher post) talking with a female security officer (#1) excited about my recent winnings and sharing how much I love coming to 1st Jackpot. When another female security (#2) approached us and spoke vigorously harsh towards her (#1) I assumed she(#2) was a supervisor. The officer(#1) explained that she didn't hear anything come through the radio and explained that the male officer that was there stopped her and asked could she watch the post because the officer(#2) hadn't come back and he didn't know where she (#2) went.nand that he was trying to finish his job. Officer (#2) basically was rude and spoke to her as if she was a child belittling her(#1). I could see the embarrassment on her face on the officer (#1) I suggested to officer (#2) that she was being unprofessional and informed her that she shouldn't speak to her employees like that and especially in front of guest. She(#2) immediately said to me rudely I wasn't talking to you I was talking to her . I SAID YES I KNOW BUT this is very unprofessional. And she(#2) told me to mind my business. I immediately walked off because I did not want to get the officer in any trouble. Upon leaving the front entrance I asked officer(#1) if she was OK and I got the name of the unprofessional officer(#2). Lisa. and she was not a supervisor she was a coworker . And office (#1) was a new hire. I wouldn't be surprised if that new hire don't come back if she has to be treated as such.nI just want to inform because apparently Lisa(#2)has no people skills. Please repeat her training.

It's a pleasant experience social distance is good and I feel safe. Security is on point very observant. The winnings are sometimes good, just as it is in most cases and other places

This casino is spacious and less crowded than many others I have visited which is why it's in my favor. I visit this casino several times through the week averaging five hour play times. The bottle girls don't come around often, if at all. The bathrooms could be cleaner. Most importantly, it closes at 230 through the weekdays and they're rushing you out the door by 2:45a. Oh and the machines have been on a downward spiral since stimulus payments were released in April so, player beware.
