Called twice said they would call me back over a week ago, still will not call me back to schedule
These guys are awesome!nMy septic tank was overflowing which isn't fun but Jon Hancock (the owner) was great at helping us understand the process for determining what it could be.... including an idea of the potential cost (which is scary) of the several possibilities.nAt the end every step they took was explained along with my options. Again, it wasn't fun, but this was beyond my expectations for how well it was handled.
Jon and his team came out to Kimberling City to fix my dad’s septic tank. He was friendly and honest and responded very quickly. Great service!
John and his crew are amazing. Response time is phenomenal, price is fair, and they embody the definition of quality customer service. I would be glad to recommend to anyone anytime anywhere.
