I wanted so long to see this attraction that I think I hyped it up a bit. I liked it however I wished there was more in there, we got to touch 20 degree water! More interactive things. There was no photos allowed which makes sense but was disappointing. The gift shop did have awesome trinkets, we got a paperweight, a blanket and some postcards, a globe and a little cork bottle. Was only one bathroom in the ship so make sure to go before you head there. There is one in the gift shop! Very clean. You had to wear a mask on the attraction but that's reasonable. Will recommend to family and friends.

It’s a really great museum. Lots of history and simply amazing. Staff was great, social distancing was hard at times in areas without a fixed staff member but that’s to be expected anywhere. Our only downside was that we thought purchasing tickets for a specific time was what is required. We arrived before our time to find out everyone with or without tickets are placed in line so we ended up waiting in a line for almost 30 minutes before we went in to the building. Luckily our children our older and could handle standing outside in the cool weather and not go crazy.

The look and experience is as high-quality as the exhibit in Vegas. This one focuses more on the human element and is more respectful toward the deceased and survivors. Highly recommended.nnOne suggestion: The Titanic disaster is best understood in the context of transatlantic sea travel. You could add value by making space for the other immigrant and express steamers of the age.

To start off, as I've seen many negative reviews complaining about this, the Titanic museum enforces their mask policy. It is a rule of the establishment, whether you like it or agree with it or not, it is their right to enforce that rule. If you don't like that, don't go. Same with the no photos rule- they have to comply with copyright. Don't like it, don't go. I appreciated the measures they took for the safety of visitors. That out of the way, I loved this museum. It takes a look at the history of a tragedy through the stories of the victims- you are given a passengers name and story to follow through the museum. This personal touch is what makes this museum so different to me. It's easy to forget the humanity in history. One employee put it best when talking about how long the ship sunk. It took over two hours. Many may say that's pretty quick, but the engineers gave up their lives to buy as much time as possible. It is a constant reminder through the museum: this is not only the story of the ship but of the people, too. Staff were all very friendly towards us, though I did see them have to be more stern with guests who were disobeying posted rules, like climbing on things, touching things, and removing their masks. I did not see any enforcement of the rules in any impolite manner. The gift shop is small and overstimulating, which is my only complaint about the museum itself. The worst part of the experience, which I refuse to dock stars for because the staff did everything they could, were the other museum patrons. I have never seen so many poorly behaved children and adults before, and I've travelled extensively. I don't understand bringing very small children to an attraction like this, nor do I understand adults who dislike learning about history coming to a historical attraction. I didn't see this behavior at the Holocaust museums I've been to, nor at the 9/11 memorial in NYC. This is a museum about a TRAGEDY. Maybe the movie has made it seem less real to some reviewers and patrons, but a large number of people died on the Titanic. As a lover of history, this museum was well worth it, and one of the few things in Branson that was.

My husband and I really enjoyed our 2 1/2 hours in the museum. Our teenagers zipped through a bit faster but still really enjoyed it. The crew members were so knowledgeable and friendly! I love the fact that they give you an identity of someone that was actually on the Titanic and you can learn about yourself through the museum. At the end you find out if you survived or perished.
