Good cheap fast place to take the family & kids. Arcade if they finish first & a nice selection of all you can eat pizza, salad & wings. Very clean & comfortable environment.

The dining room here is not very clean. We saw serving utensils on the floor behind the buffet, pizza and food trampled into the floor and lots of dirty tables. There were so many dirty tables that I walked all over the seating area and couldn't find one to sit down at. They were occupied, dirty, or closed for social distancing. The man at the register also had on a very dirty shirt. I understand pizza making can be messy but give the guy an apron or at least a clean shirt before he goes to greet guests at the front of the restaurant. We decided to take our pizza to gonBefore we left, I found the manager and told her my impression and was immediately met with an excuse that they had been really busy that day for lunch. (It has been that dirty every time I have been in there).nI gave extra stars because the apple cactus bread dessert is really good. I like the chocolate one too but the cashier said they were no longer serving that one despite it being listed on the menu. The other pizza is ok. Nothing special but not too bad.

Extremely busy and met with very abrupt and at times rude employees. When asking for a specific pizza was told they didn’t have time to cook it. I can understand being busy, but when you go to get food and the bar is completely empty — and told it’s because they are closing —- ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS. The restaurant was full of hungry people wanting pizza. Two men were standing there in disbelief that they were not going to get anymore pizza. I also have issue with someone standing at the door abruptly addressing, telling people to put their mask on. There is a kind way to say this and there is Pizza Ranch way to say this. Management needs a lesson in customer service. I saw first hand rude management which in turn trickles through the rest of the staff. Take it from me— go elsewhere! Don’t waste your time or money on this place.

Overall its a good place to get some grub! When it gets crowded , pizzas can run out quickly. Way better than other pizza buffets , though you do pay more here. So its give and take....
