Wesley came to replace an outdoor hydrant. It was a nasty job involving moving heavy (over 100#) rocks and digging down about 3 and a half feet to get to the actual connection. He worked steadily without a grumble and got the job finished in a timely manner and left the worksite clean.. It was a big job because of the complications, so it was not cheap. I do think the price was fair.
Had shower & shower doors installed. Came for initial install, broke shower while putting it in, wanted to repair it, I refused, then waited over 1 month for the replacement to come in, going without access to bathroom for that period of time. Customer service response was terrible. The shower doors were installed, had to have tech back twice to adjust them, they still do not work properly. Over priced for product, which is nothing more than could have been purchased at Home Depot. Will NOT RECOMMEND to anyone.
Had an issue with plugged sewer drain. They came out the next morning and the service was great. Mike was very professional and explained to me all that was going on. Was done in a timely manner and can't say enough about this place. Thanks and will refer to all my friends.
After being blown off by roto rooter in Branson 4 seperate times I decided to call this place. It was excellent! Quoted me a price and came in way below it, showed up right on time and got right to work and finished very quickly. I could not be happier! I wish I had gone with these guys in the first place! They will be my first call from now on when I need anything plumbing related. Thank you guys very much!
