Picked up food for a friend. They were friendly and prompt.

We ordered and paid for our food. We were very clear on our order. We received the food and it was not the correct order. We approached the desk showed our receipt and the order that we received. They apologized and stated they would fix the correct order. We waited for the correct order and they called our name. We received the exact same order that they had previously gave us. We then called that to their attention. Again they said they would fix it. We finally received the order that we paid for. Even with very clear direction they could not get it right until the manager personally made our order. This was supposed to be fast food. The wait for 11 crunchy tacos and one soft taco with two drinks was a joke. How are they still open? I don't normally give reviews but this was totally uncalled for. They weren't even busy.

Very friendly and got our food quickly with no mistakes. But the burritos were not great it was like the shells were partially stale. We asked for extra mild sauce and was not given it and had no napkins. As a bearded man I need napkins ud83dude06 the store was clean and they have taken precautions to help prevent the spread of covid thank you

Staff is completely incompetent. I've given this specific location five different chances & every single time they mess up my order every single time. Also, very rude & Taco Bell is going downhill fast.

I use to give this Taco Bell 5 stars, but the last few times we stopped there, there some issu Paid for food not in bag, very long wait time in drive-thru, asked for napkins, hot sauce, we didn't get them, and the last time we ordered chicken chipotle melt, we have been use to other TB, so just assumed it would be the same, it wasn't! I doubt they put a teaspoon of filling in it, we were very disappointed. Think we will not go there anymore, always a issue.
