I called this morning and spoke with Dillon regarding a bathroom sink/countertop remodel we were doing. We needed someone out to finish what we clearly could not. He offered to come out the same day! How wonderful! I was not expecting that at all. He showed up at the exact time, was professional, so knowledgeable, completed the job and even finished a small task with the sink. Amazing. I will definitely call them again. You can definitely tell this is a family run business, with great ethics, and they also customers right. Thank you again.
Recently received service for our water shut off valve. Dillion removed and replaced leaky valve in a very professional manner. Would very highly recommended his service’s. He was here right when he said he’d be here and had the job done in about 15 minutes. He gets a A + from me.
We had a water main on our property break so we called Neils plumbing and heating. I want to say how great full we are to find them. Not only was the communication great but the repair was done perfectly and quick. To have a plumber answer the phone, repair my emergency the next day.. Just.. Wow.. Thank you Dillon
Dillon did an awesome job! Installed a hot water heater where we didn’t have one. A complicated job as had to tap into current water lines and power. Dillon made it look easy knew exactly what he was doing. Will use again and again
We had a plumbing disaster on top of a huge winter storm and no one could fit us in besides Neels'. Not only did they get us scheduled in timely, they were extremely professional and despite a unique situation, their team worked the problem until it was solved.nnI can't recommend them enough.
